Projects Overview

The Projects Overview dashboard provides administrators with a centralized view of all defined projects within MemVerge.AI, along with a summary of their associated workloads. This screen is crucial for monitoring project activity, workload status, and managing resource allocation across different teams or initiatives.

Projects Overview Dashboard

The dashboard displays a list of your projects, showing their current status and a summary of active workloads:

  1. Project Summary and Controls:

  2. Project Count: Displays the total number of configured projects (e.g., "2 Projects").

  3. "View workloads by" Dropdown: Allows you to filter or group the workload display, currently set to "Project".

  4. "Sort By" Dropdown: Enables sorting of the projects or workloads based on various criteria, currently set to "Status".

  5. Project List: Each project is represented as a distinct card, providing key information:

  6. Project Card (e.g., proj-red):

    • Project Name: Clearly identifies the project (e.g., proj-red).

    • Tag/Priority: May include labels like "lowest," indicating priority or other attributes.

    • Workload Summary: Shows the total number of workloads associated with that project (e.g., "1 Workload").

    • Workload Details (Expanded):

      If a project has active workloads, their details are displayed beneath the project summary.

    • Workload Name: (e.g., workspace-red-ws-e61fa).

    • Status Indicator: A visual icon (e.g., blue hexagon) and text (e.g., "Running") indicating the workload's current state.
    • Workload ID: A unique identifier for the workload (e.g., 7a549aa4-2e69-4b68-b071-853886c3562c).
    • Submission Timestamp: The date and time the workload was submitted (e.g., "Submitted: 2025-06-12 10:54:14").

  7. Project Card (e.g., proj-blue):

    • Project Name: (e.g., proj-blue).
    • Workload Summary: Indicates "0 Workloads" if no active workloads are associated with it.

How to Use the Projects Overview:

  • Monitor Project Activity: Quickly see which projects are currently active and how many workloads they are running.
  • Check Workload Status: Gain immediate insight into the status of individual workloads (e.g., Running, Pending, Failed).
  • Identify Idle Projects: Easily spot projects with "0 Workloads," indicating they are currently inactive.
  • Filter and Sort: Utilize the dropdowns to customize your view, making it easier to find specific projects or analyze workload distributions based on your needs.
  • Drill Down (Implicit): Clicking on a project or workload name would typically navigate you to a detailed view of that specific entity, providing more granular information and management options.

This dashboard empowers administrators to effectively track and manage the flow of AI workloads across different projects within the MemVerge.AI environment.
