Exploring MMCloud Features

Introduction

MMCloud is all about making it easy to deploy containers, at scale, in the cloud so that applications run fast, finish quickly, and costs are controlled. The key MMCloud features are aimed at achieving this goal.

The OpCenter is the control point for MMCloud. All features are invoked by sending commands, using the CLI or the web interface, to the OpCenter. The features are focused around how jobs are scheduled, how cloud resources are instantiated, and how these resources are observed and optimized as jobs execute. The features are summarized in the figure.
