Uninstalling requires deleting the CloudFormation stack running OpCenter.

Procedure

Log in to the OpCenter
Use float squeue to determine if any jobs are running.
Use float scancel -j <job_id> to cancel any running jobs.
Wait until all virtual machine instances have been reclaimed.
Log in to your AWS Management console.
Check what region you are in. If you need to change regions, use the drop-down menu to select the correct region.
Use the search tool in the navigation bar to find the CloudFormation console.
On the left-hand panel of the CloudFormation console, click on Stacks.
A list of all your CloudFormation stacks is displayed.
Select the OpCenter instance to delete.
Click on the Delete button.
