Scheduling Snapshots
Schedule snapshots, either one-time or recurring, from the Applications Console.
Procedure
- In the Applications Console, select an instance from the Instance Table.
- In the All Actions Dropdown, click Schedule.
- In the Schedule Snapshot Dialog, toggle the Scheduling Toggle to enable scheduling.
- In the Snapshot Name Text Field, type a name for the snapshot.
- Choose the One Time or the Recurring Radio Button.
- Choose the date and time in the Starts: Date/Time Fields.

If this is a recurring snapshot, also do the following:
- Optional: If this is a recurring job, choose a date and time in the Ends: Date/Time Fields. If you do not specify an end date, the job will recur as long as the process runs.
- Optional: Choose a recurrence interval and unit (minutes, hours, days or weeks) from the Every: Interval Field.
- Enter the number of snapshots to retain in the Retention Policy Numeric Field. The oldest snapshots are deleted when this retention maximum is reached. The maximum value is 256.
- Click OK.
