The Jobs Console

The Jobs Console shows all jobs that are running or have run on the Memory Machine.

The Jobs Console shows the labeled parts of the Jobs Console in the Memory Machine application. Navigate to the Jobs Console by clicking the Jobs Dropdown, then clicking View All.

The Jobs Console contains the following elements:

MemVerge Application Name
The UI application logo and name (Memory Machine Management Center).
Global Search Icon
Click to search for host group, host, application instance, snapshot, and cluster snapshot names.
Jobs Dropdown
Click to view scheduled jobs. See Viewing Jobs.
Help Dropdown
Click to open the Help Center, the Open API Reference, or the Memory Machine Information Pop-Up.
User Dropdown
Click to log the current user off the Memory Machine Management Center.
Console Selector
Click to choose one of: Global Dashboard, Hosts Console, Applications Console, Alerts Console, Jobs Console, Usage Report Console, or Settings Console.
Page Title
This is the Jobs Console page.
Job Name Dropdown
Choose what type of job to list. If no name is selected, the table displays all job types.
Status Dropdown
Choose which status to view: Running, Successful, or Failed. If no status is selected, the table displays all job statuses.
Host Dropdown
Choose the host for which to view jobs. If no host is selected, the table displays all hosts' jobs.
Date Selector
Create a date filter by choosing the start and end dates for which to display jobs. If no dates are selected, the table displays all jobs.
Job Name
The first column in the jobs table gives the job name, describing the type of job.
Job Status
The status of the listed job: Running, Failed, or Successful.
Job Target
The target of the job depends on the job type: a snapshot (for Import, Export, and Schedule jobs) or report (for Report jobs).
Result
A description of the job result.
Host
The host on which the job ran or is running.
Start Time
When the job started.
Duration
How long the job took (for Failed or Successful jobs) or has taken so far (for Running jobs).
Initiator
The user name responsible for starting the job.
